pasta with cherry tomato sauce
ingredients
- penne
- olive oil
- garlic, sliced, optional
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
instructions
- 1 Bring water to a boil in large saucepan for pasta.
- 2 Heat small saucepan over medium heat.
- 3 Add olive oil then sliced garlic and briefly saute.
- 4 Add cherry tomatoes, stirring occasionally and allowing to burst. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5 When water is boiling, add pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
- 6 Drain pasta and add to cherry tomato sauce. Add more olive oil over top and serve.
