gnocchi with brown butter sauce

- 1 Bring water to a boil in stock pot, and add salt. Heat saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 Meanwhile, add butter to pan and stir frequently, watching closely as it changes color to golden brown. Remove from heat. Add black pepper and lemon juice.
- 3 Add gnocchi to boiling water, boil 1-2 minutes until they float to the top. Remove and add to pan with brown butter along with a little pasta water. Stir to combine. Top with grated parmesan.
