ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 15oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 15oz can whole tomatoes, hand crushed
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • white rice, cooked
  • fresh parsley, chopped
